Thought Field Therapy

Removing the feelings of anxiety associated with your fear. Tapping on various points of the face and upper chest, in a particular sequence, to remove anxious thoughts associated with a phobia or fear, so you can achieve so much more in your life.

Each session is anything from 30 minutes to an hour and is costed at £50.00

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

Changing the way you think about and react to situations and dilemmas through actions and understanding. CBT is a talking therapy that can help you manage your problems by changing the way you think and behave. A course is a minimum of 4 sessions.

Each session is one hour and the course is costed at £200.00

Mindfulness

It can be easy to rush through life without stopping to notice much.

Paying more attention to the present moment – to your own thoughts and feelings, and to the world around you – can improve your mental well-being.

Some people call this awareness "mindfulness". Mindfulness can help us enjoy life more and understand ourselves better.

Each session is one hour and is costed at £50.00.
