On this retreat I will give you:

  • The tools you need to recharge yourself and your confidence in yourself in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
  • A stay in a beautiful Victorian mansion so close to the beach you will have sand in your shoes. (Situated a 20 minute walk from the Hovercraft and Wightlink Fastcat passenger terminals. No need to bring your car across. I can even arrange for you to be collected from the ferry or hovercraft and bring you to the venue.)
  • The focus on you to get to know and love your real SELF.

If you had told me a few years ago that I would be running a women’s retreat I would have been stunned. To be perfectly honest, I was always more comfortable around men having been brought up with an older brother and being ‘one of the boys’ with his friends.
Having worked in predominantly female dominated organisations, the NHS for one, my views changed very little regarding being more comfortable around men. However, I have been drawn more and more to working with women in my role as a coach, even though I have worked with a few men too.
The idea of a retreat had occurred to me, but I really wasn’t that sure it would benefit any of the women who attended, since I wasn’t sure how much or little to offer. But now I do. I had the privilege of attending a retreat for business women run by the amazing Shaa Wasmund MBE, and what I learned there about my business, and equally importantly about me, made me realise that I have a tremendous amount to offer both in knowledge and expertise to women whether they are stay at home mums, working mums, single, married, divorced, in business – women of all types.
So I have created the SELF Retreat

This retreat is for women just like you and me – women who know what they want but aren’t really sure how to get it, women who are comfortable within their comfort zone, women who want to change their reality but are not sure how to do that, women who don’t have the support network they need.

I know how it feels to not be in control of your life or have the strength or courage to do something about it. I also know how it feels to step outside my comfort zone and how amazing that can be. The SELF Retreat begins at 6.00pm on Thursday 8th October 2015 and finishes at around 9pm on Saturday 10th October 2015. You are welcome to stay until Sunday morning at no extra cost.
There are only 10 spaces available, so book your place now.
I have also created an easy payment plan. I require a non-returnable deposit of £150.00 and then 5 equal instalments a month for 5 months. The cost per person is £899.00 all inclusive Early bird offer – if you book and pay your deposit before 31st January the price is just £799 per person.

There are limited single occupancy rooms available – and if you would like one of these please say so when you book. There is an additional cost of £50 per person for single occupancy.

Other rooms are twin or triple bed occupancy at no extra cost. Plus I am giving you:

  • A buffet style continental breakfast each morning.
  • Your own chef preparing, cooking and serving your lunches and dinners each day on site.
